Domino's Pizza Apology

Patrick Doyle, the CEO of Domino's Pizza, issued an apology for the poor quality of their pizza products--a strategy that many considered to be very risky.

We particularly enjoyed the use of words and phrases like "devoid of taste" within the campaign, a "sauce that tastes like ketchup", and a "crust tasting like cardboard".
